Young Engineers team is led by Kathleen Reynolds. Kathleen is a teacher with a degree in Primary Education and a Masters degree in Inclusive Education. She began at Young Engineers in 2017 and took over as Director in 2022. Kathleen is passionate about inclusive education for all and making STEM fun and accessible.

Cailin is studying for a BA in Primary Education with a specialism in inclusive education. She has passion for STEM and before Young Engineers worked in a succession of afterschool clubs. |

Abbie is passionate about inclusive education that is fun for all children. She has worked with Young Engineers since 2019. She leads our classes in Juniper Green and Cramond. |

Louise is a STEM Ambassador and classroom assistant with Professional Development Award in Education Support Assistance. She leads our classes in Stockbridge, Lasswade and various schools. |
